We appreciate you contacting us about this payment. This order was placed because you agreed to automatic extensions of your Subscription Period when you originally purchased your AVG product. We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.
We sent an email notification 30 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.
Please let me know if you want to receive a refund for this automatic renewal/order.

4509 7900 80** 85** correspondiente al debito de dolares 49,99.
Se deja expresamente aclarado que no he recibido ningun contacto via email proponiendo esta suscripcion tal como ocurre regularmente con los productos AVG que utilizo.
Por lo dicho no puedo haber solicitado la suscripcion de un producto que desconozco.
En atencion a que no he solicitado la suscripcion al producto DRI AVG TECHNOLOGIES les pido la cancelacion inmediata de dicha suscripcion y la anulacion del debito de 49,99 dolares generado por la misma
