A) Check all settings in AVG and also in email client. Open the AVG Antivirus user interface and go to "Menu" - "Settings"

3. Type geek:area into the text box that appears, and select AVG Geek from the search results
4. Scroll down and find the Email Shiled section:
5. Edit the port numbers according to your email service provider or mail server configuration
Port numbers on the left relate to unencrypted connections and port numbers on the right relate to encrypted connections. Most email providers use encrypted connections.
The predefined port numbers are the port numbers used by the most common email providers, such as Gmail and AOL. If you do not know the port numbers that your mail service uses, contact your email provider or network administrator, or refer to the settings section of your email client.
B) Please export the Mail Shield certificate:
1. Open the AVG user interface and click Menu > Settings.
2. Click on "Search", type: geek:area and open Geek area settings.
3. Roll down to email shield part
4. Click on "Perform" and export email certificate.
5. Select a location to save the exported Mail Shield certificate (for example, your Windows Desktop) and click Save.
6. When a message appears that "AVG Mail Shield has been successfully exported" click OK.
After that import it to email client
C) Change DNS and disable IPv6 protocol
- Make sure that you are logged in as Administrator on your Windows profile.
- Click on Start and open "Control panel"
- Open "Network and Sharing Center"
- On the right panel, select "Change adapter settings"
- Right click on the active network adapter (active network connection) and then select "Properties"
- Uncheck the box for "Internet Protocol Version (TCP/IPv6)"
- Click on "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" and go to "Properties"
- Choose "Use the following DNS server addresses" at the bottom of Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) Properties window.In the spaces provided, enter 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
- Click "OK"
D) Flush DNS
- Simply type cmd and the Windows search bar will appear on the right hand side with search results.
- Right click on Command Prompt and click Run as administrator
- Type in the command ipconfig /flushdns.
E) Verify situation.

Using Windows 11 Pro and MS Outlook 365 with AVG Internet Security and now I receive in Outlook an Error: 0x800ccc0e synchronizing folders that are IMAP/SMTP accounts when AVG protection is enabled. I disable AVG protection and it works fine.
AVG Internet Security and MS Office 365 has been uninstalled and re-installed with no resolution.
These suggestions did NOT resolve the issue.
