I casnnot install on my Windows 10 machine I get 0xC0070643 Description: Event exec finished error message while installing AVG

I've tried everything in these forums to fix this. I need help or I have to move to  new product.

This doesn't seem to be just related to AVG. I have tried several antiviruses and none of them install, they all fail as it finishes. I am at a loss
