Hello Mark,
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Mostly this error is occur due to anyother Antivirus program or previously installed AVG on your system.
Is there any other Antivirus program  installed on your system? If so, please uninstall it and try to install AVG.

I've tried installing AVG Internet Security 2016 (USB Stick) for hours now, and it keeps saying - 0xC0070643 Event exec_finished

I have tried using:
AVG BFE Fix tool
AVG Remover
Downloading it from the webiste and installing that

And nothing helps, I still run into the same problem.

I am running Win 10. And there are no other anti virus programs on my PC, and Win Defender is turned off.
