I looked at the control panel but it's not showing a AVG PC Tuneup Repair.

Every time i try to use the install from my account i get Installation failed  ( 0xC007064c) and when i try to uninstall since it claims that it is running when i try to delete it directly out of program files it won't let me. I've never been so infuriated with using AVG before. Spent hours trying to uninstall what it claims is running and install the new one from my account and it won't work.

Please run AVG PC TuneUp repair from your control panel and check if you are able to open the application.

I managed to get it up and working the only issue i'm having now is the PC Tune Up screen won't open, my AVG Security screen shows the security part all installed and working and says PC Tune Up installed but when clicked it doesn't open the Tune Up screen.
