Do you get this during installation or during update?

I was tring to reinstall from the website onto the computer I had AVG Ultimate before.

the remoover did its job and I rebooted 4 times after delete of the remove tool as instacted. It will not do anything I even deleted all metions of AVG in any file on my computer. the installer for program I need failed… same error
