Hello Frank,

I understand the experience with the installation of AVG Ultimate. You can activate AVG Free program by activating it with the Myaccount credentials. Please refer this article https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?&urlName=Download-and-install-AVG-Ultimate to activate AVG Ultimate.

I have bought the Ultimate version of AVG. Installed and used on 1 laptop - however getting the above message every time for a 2nd laptop. I have the free version installed already. Does that need to be uninstalled first? Also have a trial version of Tune-Up installed.
