can't install avg protection pro - we get install error listed above, looks like your are having lots of trouble with this, and it's been a huge hassel so far.  do not send me a link for another insufficiant answer.

this sucks! how can i intstall what i just paid $90 for?! you want me to pay an extra 20 to install it too?!?!?!?!  i'd like a quck fix or my $ back now.
