0xE001F90E error message when downloading AVG Internet Security for PC

Thanks for the reply back. The article you gave me did no good as AVG Protection can't even get on the machine becuase when downloaded cant get past error message of 0xe001f90e I googled the error code and an avg rep on here has to fix it but never explains what happend only answer given is they were aware and fixed it. Anyway that can happen to me? Can't install AVG Protection without this error message! I don't want anyone taking over my machine as has been requested from tech support!

Rj, are you receiving that error message while installing AVG Zen or AVG protection component through Zen?

My PC crashed and I reformatted my PC with the Windows 8.1 disk and went to install AVG Internet Security for my PC and I get this error 0XE001F90E I have never had this error before and my subscription is valid until January 4, 2016. I hope this doesn't mean I have to get a new PC. My PC is less than 2 years old! Please Help!
