I am using AVG PC TuneUp 2015 on my PC running Windows 7. I frequently get the message "1 hard disk heavily fragmented" after performing a maintenance. When trying to fix the issue via the "1-click Maintenance" software, the "defragmentation" starts but never finishes. The only option I have is to abort the operation. Is this because the hard disk is actually not (never) fragmented? Why do I get this notification if there is really no problem to be solved?
