I recently had help uninstalling and reinstalling Tuneup and it worked. After restarting this morning, it doesn't work. I think there is a bug in my system that keeps corrupting this program. Also, Since a while ago when I had help reinstalling Antivirus, I get this message upon system bootup: "AVG Anitvius Clear Uninstall" in addition to the window which says 'Windows 10'

I have sent an email containing instructions to get connected with our remote assistance team. Please follow those instructions to get in touch with them and they will investigate it. If required, they will escalate this issue to higher level technical team for a resolution.
