Hi - I tried that but the remover tool is not supported by mac… here is what came up. Im at the point ofthinking of cancelling the whole lot and reversing the sale with my credit card company. Too complicated!

Hi there - I just bought the unlimted one year package. I can't uninstall my free avg and therefore the subcription won't let me download. I've tried every google suggestion and can't get it to delete or uninstall. Suggestions?

hello - when I read your website all I saw was "whatever your device, we've got you covered" so I presumed what I was buying was the full package and not the basic one that is on mymac already, which mut be the free one. I only have two macs, no androids. So I've wasted my money on a subscription that I cannot use. As I have not activated it obviously, is it possible for you to cancell my order and refund my $136.00 nz$? thanks

We are sorry for the confusion caused. 
You do have an active subscription of AVG Internet Security Multi-device which can be installed/activated on multiple windows PC and Android platforms. 
For Mac, we have free version of AVG AntiVirus available and it can be activated automatically during the installation.  
Currently, AVG Secure VPN is the only product available as a paid version on Mac.
