1 Year to go on paid version and being told I am not covered

You have an active subscription of AVG Internet Security (1 windows PC) valid till October 14, 2020. Do you see expiry notices or unprotected message on the program's user interface? If yes, it indicates your program is awaiting re-activation. Refer this article for the activation steps and reboot your PC to save the changes made. We sent you an e-mail including the activation code. If the e-mail is not found in your inbox, do check your spam/junk folders as well.

I have 1 year left on my paid version and I am now being told I am not completely covered. If this isn't changed I shall not go with AVG again.  This is as good a theft. I have used this security for many years and find this very disappointing.  Do not tell me to un-install as I cannot do that.
