I'm having difficulty loading my two subscriptions onto my other devices. It keeps asking me to ay again

Please help me with below requested information to get better understanding,
- May I know in which device you were requested to pay again?
- May I know after performing what action in the program you were requested to pay again?
- May I know if you have activated the program using activation code and "sig in" option?
- If yes, check if you see correct expiry within AVG Internet security program. (Steps for windows) Go to menu in the program > my subscription and check for the expiry date in there. If you see correct expiry date it confirms your subscription is successfully activated.
- If possible, a screenshot for above question will be helpful to get better understanding.
