My Nov bank statement shows debit €119.99 for DRI AVG. The programme/ product I use is the AVG Free. I used to operate the email address [Email removed] but this is obsolete and I cannot access any emails which may have contained details of AVG subscriptions or activity codes on upgrades etc. My current email address is [Email removed] and that is what I can login under. I would like a refund of the amount charged. Regards and thanks
