The easiest thing to do would be to go to License Retrieval (http://www.avg.com/license-retrieval) link and get an email with your current licenses. Then you can activate what you have installed with the new license (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?q=new+license+number&urlname=How-to-activate-AVG-with-a-new-license-number&l=en_US). - John

Try to reinstall antivirus on same pc, purchased 12/17/14 now declaired out of date.  cant contact AVG.  Frustrated!
