If you find the file as legitimate, please refer this link http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-make-exclusions-from-all-scans-and-shields to exclude the application from scanning and all active protection components to fix this issue.

As much as I like this new feature, it is an anoying procedure in my case: I'm a programmer and invoke several programs many many times a day. And because the programs a being developed/debugged they always get re-compiled in between. And every time I see the 15 sec "hang on…"!
There must be a way to switch this feature off or allow a selective exception list.
Do I miss to see a way to change this behavior?
Please relief me from seeing "15 sec, hang on…" about 100 times a day.
