Last week I was having trouble with my computer, so installed a backed up version from two weeks earlier. After doing that I got an "AVG" message stating the antivirus failed to install that I had the 16 bit version and needed the 64 bit version. I've tried to delete and reinstall the program, but have not been able to uninstall the AVG version on my computer. When I try to reinstall I get and error message OXC0070643. What can I do to get the old version off my computer and install the new free version?
