2 accts with avg, need one closed or transferred to the other acct

I have 2 avg accounts & need to combined or transfer all the information to just 1 avg acct. I no longer have the email (removed). I've tried changing the email, but it wont let me because I must have created the 2nd one with (email address removed) at some point when I could not access my acct. Need someone to call me or email me to get this fixed. I've tried everything I know of. Thank You!
