2 AVG products attached to 2 different email addresss

I'm having the same problem! Years ago AVG was suppose to have corrected this issue. I asked that AVG drop the use back then and update my account to ro****@gmail.com. My subscription is still under the email address: ro***@msn.com!

You agent said that it was done! It wasn't! I'm trying to be patient, but a decade later AVG is still ripping me a new butthole with dumb mistakes. Either do as I have directed, or cancel my account. Change myaccount address from: r****@msn.com… to r***@gmail.com upon receipt of this email and notify me.

Hello,  I have had the AVG basic protection for years but had not created an account.   I found out today that the email associated with my AVG product was hacked.  I bought the full package today for extra protection but used a new email address when I purchased.    I then created an account today with my old email address thinking that I could go into the account and change my email address to the new one…  and that this would linked both products to the new email address.   However I am getting an error message when I try to change my email address saying that my new email address is already in the system.    Is there a way to have both product linked to the new email address?
