2 AVG products installed - which is my subscription & which can I uninstall?

I have done as you've said and it appears to be working OK now - I did get the error message once more, but I wasn't connected to the Internet, so perhaps that was the reason?

Hello,
I seem to have 2 AVG products installed.  It appeared to happen during an update.  I do have a subscription to AVG, so how do I know which to uninstall and how do I go about uninstalling the product?

Here is the the screenshot of what appears to be the newer version.
I seem to be having trouble opening the other version - I can see it listed on my installed programs though.

I understand your concern. Please provide me a screenshot(http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of the AVG programs that are installed in your computer, so we can check the same and help you with the uninstallation.of older version of AVG.

Thank you for confirming the status. Please open AVG program and check if it shows as protected. If it is, then you do not have to worry, as your computer is completely protected by AVG.

Thank you for providing the screenshot. Please uninstall the 2016 version(AVG Protection) from your computer and check if everything works.
