2 questions to internet security menu and update

1. I currently have subscriptions for:

  • AVG Internet Security

  • AVG TuneUp

  • AVG AntiTrack

  • AVG Password Protection

  • AVG Secure VPN

I can see them if I log into my account on the website in a browser.

The software is also installed and running on my computer.

But when I look into the subscription section in the menu in my AVG Internet Security then it does not show the subscription for AVG AntiTrack there.

I tried to add it by using the activition key that I can see in my account in the browser. But it says it is incorrect or something.

So how can I make the menu there realize that I have that subscription and list it?

2. After the last update today I got shown in the menu an advertisement "You can add AVG TuneUp and AVG VPN to your subscriptions for just $9.99" or so.

But as I have already written above I already have those subscriptions.

So what is that adverisement for as if I did not have them?

Hi Marvin,

Since AVG Anti-Track doesn't share the same activation code, it will not appear on "My Subscriptions" window of AVG program.
If AVG TuneUp and AVG Secure VPN are already activated on your computer, then you shouldn't get the campaign offers for it.
To check the status of it, we have sent an email and asked you to provide few details.
