2 subscriptions for same product

Hi there. I have the AVG TuneUp which is running until April 2020. However, I’ve just been charged for the same product on November 6th 2020 and this has put me out of pocket. I have filled out the refund request form and I just want to know how long it takes to hear back. Thanks
