On checking, you have been charged for AVG Secure VPN (1 year) on 2019-04-24 and AVG PC TuneUp 1 computer (1 year) on 2019-06-04.

I am unable to locate any charges on 6th September 2019. I have sent an email for more information. Please check the email and revert back.

I was hounded into renewing my subscription for tune-up in in May '19 and I've just noticed that I have another Tune-Up subscription that was activated on September 6 '19. I've had this issue before. Can I please have a refund and one of these cancelled. Can you please explain what has been going on.
