I have bought an upgrade version from my AVG free version. I have paid, but not received (?) the activate mail.
This upgrade You call: VPN, and I paid for 2 years protection.
My english is not good enough to understand your support - but I have spent long time on trying to fix it but NEED an activate mail - as fare as I understand.
