Unfortunately, we do not have an option to check the program status from our end. It needs to be checked on your end.
To do so, please check whether there is any desktop icon for AVG Internet Security. If found, double click on it to open & check whether it says 'you're fully protected'.
Alternate way to check if the program is installed : Go to control panel - Programs - Programs & features - Check if AVG Internt Security is listed.

Hi, 

This morning I purchased a 2-year security package from you for €29.99. Can you confirm if this program has been properly downloaded? I have spent 2 hours with no confirmation that it has been downloaded. If it has not downloaded then can you refund me my money as this whole process has frustrated me?
