2 Year Sub for VPN purchased but not working on my PC

I understand the inconvenience.
Open AVG Internet Security dashboard and click on small "HOME" icon which is to the left corner.
This will open AVG main user interface where you can find the email address displayed at the top.
Click on it and select "Leave this network" and click on "Connect" to select "Log into existing account"
Enter AVG my account credentials and click on AVG Secure VPN.
Click on "Try it Free' to start the installation. Once it is installed, trial notices shouldn't appear.
Keep us informed about the status.

Hi, I purchased a 2 year subsciption for the AVG Secure VPN.
I received the invoice as confirmation of the payment and logged into my account to confirm the order had been placed and paid for. Hhowveer I cannot sem to get this to run on my PC even though it states there is no download required or licence number required.
My Order Number was 11246940772DR, Invoice Number 6414113469.
Can someone please advise what I'm doing wrong? When I go ito my AVG Security panel it keeps suggesting I purchase this Secure VPN and tries to run me back through the purchase procedure again even though I've already purchased it! I am logged in as well through the control panel as my email address is showing at the top, so it doesn't seem to be sychronising this purchase with my AVG software on the PC.
