I Bought and paid for a 2 year Subscription VPN for $71.76 and as of this Date you have not downloaded it to my PC, I what it downloaded to my PC or give my money back.

I understand the inconvenience.
I see that you have purchased both AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) and AVG Secure VPN (2 years subscription).
If you have installed AVG Internet Security already please double click on "AVG" desktop icon which will open user interface.
On the user interface see whether you have Secure VPN. If it is present click on it and proceed with the installation.
