Sorry for the confusion, we see that you have two active AVG Internet Security (1 computer) for two years subscriptions. One is valid till 11/14/2019 and the other will expire on 9/16/2018. Let us know the number of devices you have.

As I mentioned to Ranjani I only ever used AVG on one machine. The latest download showed expiration on 14/11/2019 so I assume the one due to renew in September 2018 can be cancelled. Will I still receive a renewal email in 2019?

Hi all,
I seem to be charged every year for a 2-year subscription (AVG Internet Security). My latest order number is 701-9440760. Can you please check what I'm missing here or what can be done to resolve this?

Had a few issues downloading the updated version but did just now and it indicated 11/14/2019 as next upgrade date. Not sure how I got 2 licences as I ever used AVG on one laptop and the same one, apart from this year as my old laptop died. I had no issue downloading AVG on my new laptop and the reminder for the upgrade came as usual in October or thereabouts. It's now downloaded and I have no need for a 2nd licence. Can appreciate nothing can be done on the last few years as I asked quite late, I'll admit, but if you could please ensure I'm not asked to pay for another licence in 2018 it would be great.

As per your request, I have cancelled the auto renewal for your AVG Internet Security (1 computer) license that expires on 16th September 2018.
You will be getting renewal notices via email for the auto renewal cancelled license which you can ignore as you already activated the license which is valid till 14th November 2019.
