I am getting the same problem as Alaska. I downloaded your SysInfo file and it has been running for over an hour now, saying work in progress yet. So I took the screen shot above to send. This is on a brand new Dell laptop with Win 7 Pro 64-bit, i5, 8GB and Malwarebytes loaded.

In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (run it after inducing described behavior) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

A friend and myself both have Windows 7 computers and have used AVG Free for a long time. Today we both updated our protection but both of our full computer scans stopped at 28%. That's odd to happen on 2 separate PCs on separate networks. We both uninstalled AVG and reinstalled it. No installation problems. Our initial scans both stopped at 28%. We've used CCleaner, defraged, used file checker, and scanned with Malwarbytes which showd no problems. Did something happen Jan. 24? Thanks!
