2015 AVG PC TuneUp

Hello Balasubramanian. Not a case of "faster" - wasn't sure which one to post in. Nor am I sure now, which post you answered to first? 
Started to follow first instruction you gave, but there was a serious warning that I could lose ability to reboot.
Plus, after clicking on Windows 7, told instructions wasn't for PC I'm using; and told to backup the registry - going there found a list of things to chose from, none pertained to registry back-up.
Seems like a very complicated & hazardous way to get my old password, when a new one is the usual way to do it. Why not make an allowance for that on the TuneUp screen.

My password for 2015 AVG PC TuneUp is forgotten, nor recorded, and it is required for the TuneUp to be utilized.



AVG failed to provide a way to retrieve it (my password) or to create a new one.

I've been trying to get this accomplished for a couple weeks now, AVG has not responded, and I'm worried about my PC.

Please help me to set a password for the TuneUp so my computer can be tuned up.
