Hello Barbara. Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. Do you receive any error message when you try to connect AVG Zen to your My account?

I purchased 2015 Pro in March before my 2014 expired. Installation has worked fine on my laptop, but my desktop computer tells me I am not protected. I went to the website for instructions, but am unable to "connect" as told on the Zen window.
