it just occurred to me that my old avg doesn't expire until March. Maybe the upgrade I bought doesn't start until my old one expires. ???

I just bought 2015 internet security, but it says the firewall is inactive unless I upgrade. Clicking "upgrade" offers me the 2015 internet security. Does anyone know more about this?
