I see that your case has been already escalated to level 2 technician. They had tried to fix the issue and also they setup the schedule scan at 9.30 AM Daily. So if the issue still persist, then I request you to contact level 2 technician again, they will check with your installed AVG program again and they will help you to fix this issue as soon as possible.

Is there a fix for this version failing to Daily Schedule Scan at allocated time? AVG Support have tried, but have not been successful. I can see it has been an issue ! Windows 10…
Hi, thanks for your reply, many avg support people have looked at this, however it worked once today on daily schedule scan, so will recheck tomorrow & report back.
