I'd request you to run AVG Clear tool to uninstall AVG Internet Security and then reinstall it. Click on this link for instructions on how to download and run the tool.
Note: Do not select the Uninstall Zen and Framework check box and click Uninstall as instructed in the article.

Having a little problem . I forgot the Password which allows me to mach changes on the Main program . because of this I cant uninstall the program to reinstall it as I need that password to do so. question now is how do I navigate around that to uninstall to reinstall?
