Bhuvaneswari, thanks for your assistance. First time in 12 years things didn't work as they should have and don't know why. The day after paying for the software it then appeared in my account so have access now.I have loaded again from your link and everything is now in place. Thanks again.
Maybe you could answer one question for me? Does AVG offer a technical support service that carries a web link www.helpmn.net??? When I originally had problems I filled in a tech support form (attached to the AVG web site) and someone rang me back to assist. they offered to take remote control of my PC but when I started to type in the given web link I was warned against the site as it was a scam site. The thing that concerned me was the form came up on the AVG web site and yet it carried warnings.
Maybe you could advise if this is actually a service via AVG and not a scam?

Having paid for a 2 year unlimited Internet security renewal (via Amazon) and then receiving acknowledgement of payment and an email from AVG to go to my account to download there is no option to download and it's saying I need to make further purchases. What's going on!!! Why does it not offer the download??
