27 June 2017 I updated my AVG antivirus Free software. When I restarted my computer I got thfollowing message "Ul Failed to load. This is really embarrassing. AV Service is not responding". I got online customer support that told me to go to control panel, select Programs & Features,selected AVG Antivirus, clicked on change, selected repair. After long wait automatic repair finished. I restarted my computer. Got the above "Ul Failed to load. This is really embarrassing. AV Service is not responding".
Tried same repair & got same result.
