this is the the second this year unauthorised payments have been taken from my account. I have no subscriptions as I cancelled everything the first time around!
It’s actually BS how many people have had this issue. And how often it is happening. I would like my refund and the extra 15.99 I’ll be charged for bank default fees because of the inconvenience you have caused me once again.
