3 privacy risks, avg says but i have paid subscription

I have paid for AVG Tune Up - expires in May 2021 AND AVG Security - expires in February 2021.
Everytime I scan…I get a notification "3 Privacy Risks" and when I enter , up pops the notification for renewal.  How do I get AVG to sort this out as I certainly will not be renewing anything from the company againl.
