Hello,

Today, I bought a year's subscription to AVG VPN and found:

1. It slows down the internet speed
2. Cannot connect to Amazon Prime
3. Cannot connect to BBC Iplayer
4. Cannot make my location to India.
It has only been a few hours and want to cancel my subscription. How do i do that and do I still get the 30 days money back guarantee?

Thank you for getting back to me. Yes, I would like a refund for purchasing the AVG VPN. It is not meeting my expectations and making using my computer and smartphone pretty difficult, which is rather frustrating.

This isn't the experience we wanted you to have with AVG Secure VPN.

You may experience a slower internet connection when using AVG Secure VPN. This is because a VPN encrypts traffic and data before sending it to a server. Depending on the distance and capacity of the server, this process may cause a slightly slower, but safer, internet connection.

I suggest you to try connecting to different locations in AVG Secure VPN and check if monitor the status.
