I tried to Activate 30 days AVG Trial Period on the 31 August 2018. Unfortunately it didn't work. Then i decided to purchase the AVG Internet Security for R199.00 per year on the same date the 31st August 2018. On the 10th September, I received a subscription expiry and renewal notification which is scheduled for the 16th October 2018. I then forwarded an email to support@avast.com requesting them to cancel the auto renewal of the subscription and attached proof of purchase of which I paid R199,00. Since then i did not receive the confirmation correspondence. What is happening? I logged on my AVG Account and searched for the cancellation button, but I could not find it.
Please update accordingly.
