100% optimization depends on your computer architecture and related data, removing some files to make a 100% of optimization will lead to loss of windows operating system temporary files or backup files which might cause issues with your computer.
So We always do not recommend you to remove these files.
Set the maintenance to automatic so that it will tuneup your PC automatically.

I have run the AVG Performance several times but only have 39% optimization. Is this the best I can expect from AVG?
