My AVG Internet Security worked fine until a few weeks ago. After logging in to Windows i then go to the desktop and always open the AVG dashboard to make sure i'm completely protected before going any further. Now what happens is i always have a 'whiligig' rotating on my netwok icon, in the Systems Tray and when i click on my AVG icon i have before me the dashboard showing that the Firewall and Identity Protection is not enabled… It takes roughly 3 miins before the 'whiligig' disappears from my network icon and at the same time my AVG dashboard returns to normal showing the Firewall, Identity Protection etc. enabled. Why is this delay to normality happening? What can i do to solve the issue? Look forward to a reply and thanks.
Hello Linda. I apologize for the inconvenience caused. May I know since how long have you been experiencing this issue? Could you also please check if your components show up as " Not enabled" or " Not Protected "? Thank you.
