so i sent the ftp file and i saved the scan file but where do i send it and where do i tell the avg staff that i sent it?

i have a ton of trojan infections that avg finds for the last week but for some reason it cant remove or do anything about does infections except tell me about them.

what can i do to remove these torjans?
