5 Device License Not Working

I purchased a 5 device VPN license earlier this year and it has been working fine until today. It now tells me on my computer that I am only allowed one device and won't connect. It also is not showing up in my subscriptions and was showing up in my payment history as "Unknown Product". Only four devices are active. Please advise.
