Hello,

I requested a free 60 day trial of AVG TuneUp wich was due to end 12th March.I received an email today,  March 9, that I was automatically subscribed and charged for a whole year's subscription even before the March 12 expiry date.
I do not want an annual subscription and would like to request a reversal of charges for the annual subscription as the free trial isn't expired yet. 
I have tried to request a refund via the refund area but have had no confirmation this has been accepted.  Hope to hear from you soon.
