Ah! Thank you Rakshith, for responding to my comments! You’ll see, from my payment history, that, on 3rd Feb., I accepted a 60day FREE Trial, which expires today, 3rd April.
For some reason I must have overlooked avg’s email, telling me how to install it as I don’t recall doing that (on Windows 10) and I assumed you had installed it thru my PC! Note: I am NOT technical!!!
I see I’ve had 3 Tutorials - Speed Up (16/2/20): Steps for more Memory (28/2) and Banish Bloatware with Tune Up (11/3/20).
I don’t believe I’ve opened any of these and benefitted from them! You may be able to confirm this??
The Trial expires today but, because you were going to take £44.99 from my A/C on 31/3, I blocked that because I wanted to speak to someone BEFORE that happened!
I also have some protection - Ultimate (Multi Device) which was agreed, on 2/2//20, costing £55.99.
I presume this is already on my PC? This should last til 2/2/21? That’s probably the reason why I thought the TRIAL had also been put on to my PC automatically too, as I’m used to you tidying it up, on my screen!
What do you suggest, if anything, as I don’t appear to have benefitted from the TRIAL OFFER?!

I am TRYING to speak to AVG, online, if poss., to discuss my 60day free trial, together with the fact that they were planning on taking £45 from my a/c, for “Renewal” - which I had not planned to do! However, I’m not sure I’ve had the free trial as, it seems, I haven’t Opened and started it off!!
I’ve received an email now, to say the payment seems to have been blocked - which is correct and by ME, because I want to SPEAK to somebody!! Can anyone advise me as to whom or what site I can contact, as it seems IMPOSSIBLE!! Thank you! Jenny Kirby.
