I installed the tune up with a 60 day trial just to test out various products. I was wondering if support
could cancel my trial so no charges will be made at this (email address removed).

Please do not share the email address or any sensitive data on a public forum.
We could see that the auto renewal service for your AVG TuneUp (60 day) trial was already cancelled.
You will not be auto charged for it and trial can be used till 18th January 2020.
