Please let me know what exactly happened with AVG PC TuneUp.

How you came to know that your computer files were deleted by AVG?

Why did Tune up ignore my “No”response to successive prompts and proceed to delete all my Windows 10 boot files? It has caused my very reliable PC to crash and even with a Recovery Win 10 CD the computer will not boot , I have used AVG freeware for over 10 years with no complaints and was willing to pay £49.99 for this professional upgrade but now I’m totally bemused and disappointed with the product.
