Thank you for contacting us with your concerns. We would like to inform you that when you download the setup file for AVG and run it, uit will automatically detect whether the OS is a 32 bit or 64 bit and downloads the appropriate files. When you install AVG on a 64 bit PC, all drivers and processes that scans your computer are 64 bit, only user interface is 32 bit and some non essential parts.

So i notice that my ultimate says 32-bit in the task-manager, is there a 64-bit version because I'm using windows 8.1 64-bit, if not will it hurt my computer when it run through the registries??? only reason I ask is because after i did all the cleaning and restarted my computer kinda chugs along…
